SatMCP is a satellite imagery search service. Give it a place name and a date, and it returns matching satellite captures as JPEG image URLs with JSON metadata. No coordinates, geospatial tools, or satellite expertise required.
SatMCP takes a place name and date, searches available satellite captures for that location, selects imagery at a resolution that fits the requested area scale, and assembles a color image in real time. Results are returned as direct JPEG image URLs alongside JSON metadata.
All source imagery is publicly funded and freely available. Images may contain cloud cover, atmospheric haze, or partial coverage depending on the date and location. See the FAQ for more detail on what to expect.
Authorization: Bearer YOUR_SATMCP_TOKEN. See the API docs.https://satmcp.com/mcp/. See agents for setup instructions for VS Code, Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.SatMCP is a proprietary, single-operator service.
